And she had words
inside her head,
she wanted to say..
and feelings inside her heart,
she wanted to hold on to.

So she interrogated the silence
from the dark of the night,
trying to find answers
while he sleeps by her side.

Oh, hollow words in hollow dreams,
devouring hopes and ripping the soul.
Oh, blind eyes neglecting sunrises
of a distant horizon.

But a whisper broke at dawn:
one day,
maybe,
maybe not.
